GDPR / COMPANY DATA

Privacy notice.

A clear overview of what data we may ask for when you contact us or use the Idea audit, why we use it and what rights you have.

01 / WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Only what we need to respond or prepare useful feedback.

When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name and the information you provide in your message.

For the Idea audit, we use the answers about your brand, website, social presence and communication situation to provide a first directional response.

02 / WHY DO WE USE IT?

To reply, arrange a call, prepare an offer or start the work.

We use the data for contact, scheduling, offers, Idea audit feedback and preparation of services. The legal basis may be pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest, legal obligation or, in some cases, your consent.

03 / HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?

Only as long as it is actually needed.

If the interaction is only an enquiry or Idea audit and no project starts, we keep the data for up to 12 months. Contracting and invoicing documents follow statutory retention periods.

04 / WHO CAN ACCESS IT?

Only people and providers needed for response or operation.

The DataViral team may process the data. Technical providers, such as email, hosting or website operation services, may access it only to the extent required.

05 / COOKIES AND MEASUREMENT

If analytics or marketing cookies are added, they need a separate notice.

The current website is for presentation, contact and Idea audit entry. If analytics, ad pixels or marketing cookies are added later, a cookie notice and consent solution will be needed.

06 / YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask, correct, delete, restrict or object.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. For privacy questions, write to krisztian.toth@dataviral.net.

07 / COMPLAINTS

If there is a privacy issue, you can contact us first.

You may also submit a complaint to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
